My phone call was returned within30 minutes and the plumbers arrived about 30 minutes later. They were quick and professional.. gave good advice and had my clogged toilet snaked and working . I was very satisfied.I accidentally posted with only one star instead of five and so far the edit has not changed that so hopefully this edit will give you the real rating

When my septic line sprung a huge leak, I called five plumbing companies in the area. Bernie's Plumbing was the ONLY plumbing service who called back. They came right out to my home and did great work for a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone and in the future, would call them again in a heartbeat.

I called due to my hot water not working. As I was trying to introduce myself over the phone, the lady very rudely interrupted me saying “do you need immediate service or just trying to schedule” I said “excuse me, I was trying to introduce myself.” She replied with “well this is just the answering service.” I said “well I’m sorry I didn’t know this company worked like that.” She said “let’s be done with the apologies.”
I said “never mind this is ridiculous. You don’t be rude to someone who’s calling for your services.” Don’t call this place for service unless you want to deal with someone being completely unprofessional and rude to you!

I had no running water due to frozen and busted water pipes. Bernie came within a couple of hours of calling him, when other plumbers didn't even have time to return my calls, even though he'd never provided service for me before! He ended up getting my water running the next day! I highly recommend Bernie's Plumbing & Heating!
