We purchased several new appliances at Hannon Home Center about a year ago for our new kitchen. When about six months after installation, one of them malfunctioned, we called the manufacturer and they initiated warranty repairs. All the repairs failed to correct the problem and it was very frustrating trying to communicate with the company. We contacted Rhonda at Hannon Home Center and she immediately got back to me with a plan. She was a terrific advocate and at the end of the day, the company decided to replace the appliance. This decision was based on the repair history but Rhonda changed the experience from one of utter frustration to a calm and organized experience. THAT is why we always try to buy from local, personally owned businesses. Items may be cheaper at big box stores, but paying slightly more supports local people and they, in turn, go to bat for their customers. We whole heartedly recommend Hannon Home Center. Amazing service from purchase to delivery, and in this case, beyond.

The service I have received from Hammon Home Center has been nothing short of amazing. When my dishwasher failed on Memorial day weekend, they had a perfect replacement and arranged to have it installed on a priority basis that Tuesday. When my refrigerator "died" (internal temperature 57-60 degrees) the following Friday, Bill Hammon himself personally delivered and set up the new one within 2 hours of my purchasing it. Both appliances are "top shelf" and were very reasonably priced. The installations were done professionally and cheerfully - despite several challenging obstacles. I cannot say enough good about Hammon Home Center. Kudos to all involved!!
