We worked with Matt on two projects - a fireplace mantle and a coffee table - and these will undoubtedly be some of the most memorable and treasured pieces in our home. His quality of work and professionalism was outstanding! Matt listened to our needs and provided great options to help us finish the design and scope of work. Our coffee table project was extra challenging because we required a mechanism to allow the table to rise and be used as a dining surface; Matt demonstrated the best kind of perfectionism: he researched, acquired, and tested options to achieve the best design possible, and proactively addressed concerns we didn’t even know we would have with such a table. He was transparent, clearly communicated and was realistic about all steps of the projects, including the timeline and when to expect the finished product - he absolutely stuck the landing and delivered what and when he promised it! I wholeheartedly recommend working with him, and would absolutely go back again when the opportunity arises.

Overall

We recently had Matthew Ogelby build and install a Murphy bed, a set of bookshelves and drawers and can not say enough about his attention to detail, craftsmanship and outstanding work. He communicated clearly and was very timely in his scheduling and kept us updated on the status of the project. It was a pleasure to have him working in our home and we are loving the beautifully finished product for our study/guest room.
