Cascade did a great job installing gutters on my new house, they look great! Had one small issue and they were here the next day to resolve the issue right away! Great Job!

Overall

We needed to fix a bad gutter design and called Cascade Gutter for a quote. They were in the area and able to come over right away. Gave me a correction idea with more areas to correct, and an approximate bid. They were also scheduled to be in the area the next day, so they called and arranged and came and were done within half an hour. Very capable, efficient and kind people to work with. If I have any gutter issues in the future, I will definitely be calling them again.

Our new house had many issues because of lousy subcontractors, so we have been hiring outside professionals to inspect all the work to catch problems before they cause us problems. We hired Cascade Gutter Services to inspect the gutters on the house. Fortunately, they found no issues. Chris explained what he'd be looking for as typically short cuts other installers use but found nothing wrong. He also offered some suggestions for things we could do ourselves to prevent future issues. It's nice to work with a company that isn't trying to pad their wallet by offering service not needed. If we ever do develop any issues I would hire this company in a heartbeat, Fast, Friendly, and honest. A great combination.

I do NOT recommend that you choose Cascade Gutter for your gutter replacement and installation. I have given them 2 stars, which I feel is very generous. Ultimately the majority of the work seems to be done well and of respectable quality but on top of their less than exceptional customer service that others have already mentioned, they do not stand behind their work or make sure to provide a complete installation free from defects. The picture attached is of one of the areas on my roof where they installed the gutter in conflict with the brand new roof shingles. When I contacted them initially to fix this it was explained to me that in this case, usually the installer will install extra flashing and then install the gutter below the roof shingles to prevent this. In my case, the installer just shoved the roofing up about an inch to get the slope that was needed. The roofing company has insisted that this is NOT going to provide a lasting water tight roof seal and is actually helping me to fix this issue (Skagit roofing is excellent by the way). Cascade gutter sent out a contractor to notch the gutter (as can be seen in the photos) but this only slightly lowered the shingles.
Cascade is now refusing to fix this properly unless I want to pay for a new work contract.
So if you want it done right the first time, go with someone else. If you like being hassled just to get your work done properly then by all means, proceed with cascade gutter and you will likely receive an "Excellent gutter installation" as seen here... those are their words, not mine...
