So I had a problem with my first order that was stolen. And they were kind enough to replace but didn't even send me the right wallpaper different color, I tried to return and get my money back.
But they didn't want to Help me out, Very bad customer service. Should let everybody know they don't give you your money back and send you wrong Merchandise.

Our experince with Renee was amazing. We were excited and nervous to plan a large home renovation. Renee worked with us to help us make all the best choices for our lifestyle, and to help make this house our home. Renee was always available when we had questions and we had plenty of them. The team of professionals she contracts with are courteous and talented. We are looking forward to future renovations with Renee and our beautiful new space could not have been possible with out her.

Renee was outstanding from start to finish on our large remodel project. She exceeded our expectations as a designer when helping us select materials to match the look we were after. She also did wonderfully balancing the ordering of materials and managing the schedule of sub-contractors. Most of all, we appreciated her patience, attention to detail, and her accessibility. She handled issues smoothly, took care of small details that needed improvement, and we were able to contact her anytime to ask questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the results and would work with Renee again on future projects.

Since writing the review below, I've had the opportunity to use D. Marie Interiors for another wallpaper job. In the interest of equal reviews, I have to say that this experience was an absolute disappointment . After pre-paying Renee almost $8K for grass paper wallpaper and installation in our master bedroom, I was shocked by the poor attention to detail of the finished work. There were several electrical outlets and switch boxes that had too much wallpaper trimmed away so the outlet covers couldn't conceal the drywall. After requesting Renee to come out and replace the entire pieces of wallpaper, she insisted that she could "patch" the areas and it wouldn't be visible. From the pictures below, you can see that the patch job didn't work and I was left with several other light/switch/outlet areas that still weren't covered!!!!!! The quality and workmanship was unacceptable and I'm changing my rating from 5 to 1 star.

Renee recently installed wallpaper in our new home. The rooms were tricky with lots of windows and strange angles. Renee and her team provided great results. The quality and customer service was outstanding!
