I can’t begin to thank ARS for their amazing work. I am so thankful for this business and will continue to only call them when I need repairs. From the dispatch to the technician and everything in between are solid folk who truly care. My freezer was not closing well, you can see we had to put a towel in the gap until our appointment. My freezer now shuts perfectly and my bill was well below what was quoted. ( thank you for all the other details that came with this call) I didn’t loose any freezer items either. Stellar Service

I don't know about you, but I hate calling in a repair service, worried I'll get ripped off. But I had a great experience today. The basic estimate was $89.95, applied to actual repair labor. In my case, 3 dryer parts were replaced totalling $40 and the labor didn't exceed the estimate price. All parts were on his truck, so the dryer was fixed in one visit for $140 total. Gregg is very knowledgeable and proved to be a perfectionist. He did far more than simply fixing the problem.
