Our air conditioner gave out on us during the most recent heat spell, and after calling several places, CM Heating was the only one that could come out same day on an emergency call. Hagen arrived on time and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. He was very pleasant to deal with, and explained in advance what might be needed, as well as what it might cost. It wasn’t cheap, but our AC is working again, and I’m very thankful to Hagen and CM Heating for helping us out on such short notice. I would definitely recommend them.

Got a heat pump installed a few years ago. It’s been working great, and they’ve helped me stay on top of my maintenance. I’m normally not great at that but the reminders really help.

Kevin did my yearly checkup last week and did a great job educating me on some easy things I can do myself. He showed me how best to spray my exterior unit off, what kind of filters work best, and what to look out for.

Absolutely recommend for anyone who is busy, distracted, and wants peace of mind about their climate control.

Joe walked me through the whole project. He pointed out things that were needed and things that were optional. I felt very informed in making a choice for our heat pump.

Update: 6/19/24
We had our equipment installed on 6/17/24. The installation looked great. However, there was a problem with the communication between equipment. I set up another appointment for 6/19/24. They did try to get someone out the next day, but I was unable to keep that appointment because of work. The tech found the problem fairly quickly, and his solution was easy and clean.

Update: 7/5/24
The fix on 6/19 was short lived. It had the same error several hours later. They sent an after hours tech out the same day. He was unable to diagnose the problem, and Daikin tech support was not available at that time in the evening. He did grab us a portable AC unit to use until the problem could be diagnosed. Tobin came out and suggested that a control board or thermostat was bad and had the parts ordered up. He came back on 7/3 and the parts did not correct the communication error. He spent some time with tech support, and came up that our "communication" wire from the thermostat to the control board was bad. He set up a temporary fix to be sure there were no errors, and the next day, 7/5, another set of workers ran a new line. Everything seems to be working well now. Although, this was a bit frustrating, CM Heating stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. We appreciate all the hard work from sales, installers, technicians, schedulers, and managers.

Dane was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and detail oriented. He answered all questions that my husband and I had thoroughly and made us feel like CM heating will take care of our needs in a very customer focused and personalized way, now and in the future.

Jacob and his partner did an amazing job on our installation of the new furnace and heat pump. They arrived a little after 8 AM and had completed the job by 5 PM. They were very respectful of our home and property and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions we had and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the new system. I can already feel the house cooling down to a comfortable temperature all over instead of the uneven heating and cooling we’ve been dealing with for the last few years.

The whole experience was amazing from the initial quote, all the way through to installation. And if we have any issues in the future, with CM Heatings extended warranty for parts and labor, we just have to give them a call and they’ll take care of it. I will definitely be recommending CM Heating to all my friends and family for their future HVAC needs. When we’re finally ready for a new water heater, they’ll be my first call. ?

I needed service on my Rheam furnace and air conditioning units. Very detail oriented and friendly. I do think they charge too much but I must say the service was fantastic. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He knew what he was talking about and was very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone. He showed up on time and was done in less than 2 hours.
