Got a prompt response from Danika. I called in the morning and Travis was here that afternoon. Travis was friendly and helpful. He explained my options and made sure I knew what he was doing to fix the problem. He also offered advice on outdoor faucet maintenance in order to avoid future problems.

Travis Harling who works for Danika was very friendly, easy to talk
to and it was his birthday. He swooped in, checked out the battle area, handed me a plan for my approval. I only wanted a new feed valve shut-off but he finished my toilet also. Thanks, Travis you were great and saved me a lot of work. After all, I did replace the wax ring and reattach the toilet before the valve failed and the water would not shut-off. Thanks again for everything and Happy Birthday!

Woke up to water flooding in crawl space. A friend recommended Danika Plumbing so I called. From the nice lady I spoke with till job completion, I was so impressed. These people really cared. It was an emergency call, and within 3 hours Jeremy was out at my house and fixed the problerm quickly. He was super nice and explained exactly (with a picture he took) what needed to be done. He was finished quickly and cleaned up the area as well. Great service, nice people . Great recipe for success and recommendations to confidently offer perspective clients. Travis is incredibly! He came on time and explain what the work scope will be and what the possible extra expenses will be. He did the work very fast in a professional way. He noticed the sink drain is very slow and teach me how to avoid and how to clean the clog by my own. He even cleaned the clog for me for free!
Definitely my go to person from now on.

These people are great. Called at 10:30 AM on a Sunday, had the plumber come over by 4 and done by 5:30 PM same day. Replacing a main water shut off and installing a pressure reducing valve. You’re lucky if you get Travis on the job - he’s smart, realistic, and knowledgeable. We are quite happy with the results.

update: 4/24/24 - had Travis back out to clear a clogged bathroom sink. Did a good job - thanks Travis!
