Don't approve work until they get the 3rd party out to provide final measurements. I wasn't given that courtesy and the price, once installed, was significantly more than initial quote. They agree the installer should have told one of us but the answer was pay or the installer will go out to tear out... and I quote that ridiculous option I was given. Great news is the finish project looks great. Response from owner is disappointing and misleading. I gave them plans and they quoted me for initial countertop. They were $1,700 off, regardless of adds. They confirmed that they would let me know if the price changed and I would have to approve. Owner - did your company follow protocol and get my approval before work was done? The answer is no and that is your simple math.

Wide variety of items at extremely reasonable prices! The team here is also kind, insightful and have great recommendations!??? Hands down the absolute BEST customer service + assistance I have ever received. Came in not knowing exactly which tiles would best suit my project and came out an extremely happy customer! Frank was running the store on his own today when I went in. He not only helped suggest which tiles to go for, but really went the extra mile by offering to let me bring my project in so that he could measure and cut all of the tiles for me to make sure I had the perfect fit! Between running back and forth from cutting my tiles, greeting + assisting other customers who came in, to answering the phone and ringing people out-- Frank was killin' it & surprised me with his level of professionalism, multi-tasking skills, and positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back to this store because of this gentleman (*and promise to bring an easier project next time lol*) and will of course suggest whoever needs tiling help/products to visit Frank at the Federal Way Tiles for Less location!!

Large selection of tile at decent prices. The staff saw us coming into the parking lot and took the time to wipe the door handles with disinfectant for us before we came in. We were greeted by masked employees who offered help, and gave us plenty of space when we said we were just browsing. We had a few questions that were answered by knowledgeable staff. It is so nice to visit a store like this and not have pushy and annoying sales people. Everyone was polite and professional!
