Overall

The ladies were very friendly and efficient. There was still some dust on light fixtures but not a big deal. The only caveat I have to add is that please be aware they charge per “man hours”. So if you have a 5 hour cleaning service, it will be 1 hour per person there. While it may be standard in the industry, it is not common knowledge to a layperson. Additionally, please be aware that their accounting is funky where instead of charging the full amount at the end of service and then deducting your deposit, they mess with the math to have your deposit and the rest of the service equal to the subtotal, e.g. deposit $50 total service $300, they change the final receipt to be service $250 plus $50 deposit to equal the subtotal of $300. I have never seen a receipt like that, so just want to share my knowledge now.

Hired Hunter’s Extreme Cleaning to do a deep clean on a house before we moved in.

I’d be satisfied if I was a 20 year old college kid with moldy hot pockets under my bed.

Top of the fridge wasn’t wiped down, window sills and tracks weren’t vacuumed out, evidence of dust and dirt in every corner I looked. House was basically clean to begin with, I hired professionals to be detailed and they were not that.

Communication was there if you love a million text messages to pay your bill. Like 2 per hour until you pay.

Reading through reviews, it seems like the satisfied customers were present while the cleaners worked.

Waste of $300.

Gabby and her partner were so fast and efficient! & they were very communicative all the way up to their arrival which I appreciated. Our house looks great! Thank you for taking some of the stress off of us as we prepare for our move. If we weren’t moving I would definitely use their services again.
