Extremely pushy, would not leave after 2 hours of saying we did not want to sign on anything today. Proceeded to call their “manager” (doubt there was anyone on the other line) to give us an amazing deal because we *really* needed it. Genuinely insulting they think that we would sign on a $50k project without thinking on it. Look anywhere else and it’s clear they’re scam artist, pathetic. Save your time and money and just do not even open the door.

I got a phone call for a free no obligation roofing estimate and like everybody else, i was skeptical about it. Jedidah and Jason show up right on time, explain very clear to me what they would do, respect my time, my space, took pictures and was super quiet because my kids were taking a nap. After all, they let me know my roof just need cleaning but I still have couple more years to go and even suggest what I should do to proper maintain my roof for longer use.
I was supper impressed with Jedidah and Jason professionalism, their attitude, their honest opinions and they got themselves a customer in the near future when my roof need replacing.

Our sales rep Everett was very, very thorough and very kind. Everett worked above and beyond not only to identify our needs with our windows, but also to make sure we understood everything that is being offered and to make sure that it is all within our means financially. Everett was very personable and it is clear that he cares about the customers and it is clear that the company values customer service over the bottom line. My husband and I are very excited to be working with DaBella and look forward to getting more work done in the future.

Grady came over for a free estimate. I appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He even said that my windows while not perfect were still in pretty decent condition and he didn’t try to sell me product I didn’t need. When the time comes for windows I’ll keep that in mind.

A woman came to my door asking if I wanted a quote for a window that had lost it's seal. It was on my list of things to do, so I said ok, but I told her and both people who called me to confirm the appointment, that I would not be making a decision to purchase at that time, I was only interested in a quote and if that would be a waste of their sales guy's time, then cancel the appointment. Everyone assured me this was only for a quote. I was a little bothered to learn from neighbors that the door to door woman used my name to neighbors as someone who booked a quote to influence them in also booking.
Two very nice guys came to the appointment the next day. I had them quote for the window and after some discussion, I told them they could quote for the entire house. They seemed knowledgeable, were friendly, professional. While I enjoyed the two guys and we had good conversation, I do realize this is their job - to build rapport, to be likeable. I told them many times that I was not making a decision that day. They were creative in their responses to my resistance, and it began to feel like a game when they started making calls to their manager. After 4-5 calls to their manager and my resolve to not make a decision at that time, they left 4 hours after they arrived.
DaBella used the tactic of 'this price is only available today.' I was exhausted and overwhelmed with all the numbers they kept coming up with that unfortunately, the project is now even a lower priority to complete. I will do my research and get other quotes before making a decision. Unfortunately, DaBella tore their lower offers 'available that day only' off the quote so I no longer have those to use.
