Northwest Electric and Solar company did a great job with installing a Tesla wall charger in my garage. The entire process (getting a quote, scheduling a date, installing the charger, enabling remote inspection, etc.) was done seamlessly. No wonder they are one of the top service providers recommended on the Tesla site.
On the day of the appointment, David Ramirez from Northwest Electric & Solar arrived ahead of time and completed the job like a thorough professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. He did a great job cleaning up after installing the charger and helped complete the remote inspection. David made sure that we tested the charger and everything worked fine before he left my place. It was such a great experience working with Northwest Electric and Solar.

Communication was fast and friendly thanks to Jacob (Jacob Field), who managed the whole project - I was given prompt updates along the way; parts needed to be ordered, a panel inspection was done for my particular install. There was a last-minute hiccup when a van got a flat tire, and Jacob went above and beyond to share options and ultimately still make the scheduled installation day (which was very, very impressive).

Ari (Ariunkhuu Munkhbat) did an excellent install for the charger, sealing the wall penetration tidily with silicone and running the conduit neatly along the wall. He took care to explain the function of the Neurio device and the features of the Tesla wall connector.

Overall fantastic experience and excellent customer care. Highly recommend these folks!

Northwest electric and solar did a good job of installing a Tesla wall connector in our garage. David was our electrician. Our panel was maxed out, so they reused the 30 amp dryer circuit using a smart switch to work for both the dryer and ev charging. They did all the required permitting work and the inspection passed without any issue.

Couldn’t be more impressed with Northwest Electric for an EV charger install. It was very easy to get a quote and I was surprised to find such a great price compared to other electricians. It was easy to schedule and the technician, Cameron, showed up on time, was very professional and easy to work with. I was impressed by his speed, cleanliness of work and was creative with the installation. The charger was installed outside on the siding and he even reinforced the mount by adding some clasp 2x4 I had laying around. 5 star service all the way around.
