I Need A Plumber Now has become our go-to plumbers for all our plumbing needs.

They have replaced 2 toilets; unclogged one of those toilets after dropping a scrubber down the trap. They have replaced our rusted out bathtub drain; and today, Ryan repaired a water valve and dishwasher valve that were broken and leaking. He also changed 2 outdoor faucets that were worn out and leaking.

We are always impressed with their service and the care they show our home when they are here. They do quality work and answer all our questions. Now, whenever we need plumbing help, I go directly to INAPN.

Excellent service, they were very prompt, I called for a burst pipe in the garage and they had someone on the way within 20 minutes! Continued communication throughout the repair, it was fixed that evening. Very easy to deal with and easy billing. OH Big one! They ANSWER the phone and the receptionist is very pleasant and helpful! Ryan installed a garbage disposal in our remodeled kitchen and did a great job. He responded quickly when I reached out to him, set an appointment time that worked for us. INAPNASS is a great plumbing contractor. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. One of their lead plumbers, Ryan, came out for the estimate of my work. He was friendly and very helpful in explaining things, and actually helped me figure out how to fix one of my problems on my own rather than doing the much more expensive fix that I told him I thought needed to be done. That is HELPFULNESS and INTEGRITY! For the second part of the job, he came out to do the work, but had reservations about doing it the way we planned, due to potential issues that could affect the integrity of the house structure and of the plumbing itself. Again, he was very helpful in explaining what the issues were and what my options were. Although we weren't able to proceed with the job at that time, again he showed HELPFULNESS and INTEGRITY which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely call INAPNASS again when I need help with plumbing work.

My house was a victim of the Great Seattle Freeze in January. A pipe burst in my garage ceiling, and a downpour ensued. Since this was happening all over the city, getting any plumber to call back wasn't easy. We got through to "I Need a Plumber Now", and Chris came out later that evening, despite being run ragged by the day's events. He worked until near-midnight, but was able to locate the leak and get it patched with a 1-year warrantee. Great efficient problem-solving and responsiveness on a very tough night!

Once the crisis period had passed, I had Chris back to install a shutoff valve to prevent future occurrences. It works perfectly and provides peace of mind for future winters. I highly recommend I Need a Plumber Now, and would not hesitate to call on them again.

Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We had him come check out our water heater and leaking bathtub.
