Had an emergency flooding in my Condo Unit at 8pm on a Saturday night, after calling the fire department to initially help, I called Kirklandrooter and immediately was in contact with Shamim. Explained the situation, and he was able to arrive within 15 minutes very thankfully after diagnosing the situation over the phone. He was very knowledgeable, and with a very professional manner. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!!

I had a tankless water heater replaced a couple of weeks ago and Peyman from Kirkland rooter did a great job! They were able to get the job booked quickly, showed up on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and did amazing work. Especially since they were working in a tight space. They explained the warranty and registering , as well as how to use the emergency shut off they installed. I'm very pleased!

Shamim came to my unit to fix a clogged sink. While the sink was fixed, he made me very uncomfortable asking how much a month I pay to live in my home. I felt that was very inappropriate and wanted to make the company aware that my financial situation is none of your employees business.

We had a sudden leak from our ceiling. Shamim calmed our worries immediately and came over the next day. I had a hot water pipe leaking at home. I called Kirklandrooter and Shamair was able to show up at my house within 30 minutes to diagnose what the problem was and he brought another person and an electrician to standby the following day. He is honest and he brough the electrician at his own dime to make sure he was able to complete the job without damaging the electrical wires. He asked me to pay attention for leaking for next couple days and he would come again to correct the problem.

Shamir came out and jet cleaned our drain in our master bathroom sink. He did a good job. He charged $551. He was very quick. He cleaned up. However, he failed to hook back up the cold water hose to the cold water valve and tighten the connections on the P trap. When my husband turned on the faucets on the sink the next morning, water flooded under our master bathroom cabinet & floor. It was a mess to clean up. He was too quick to get out of our condo. I would not use him again. Thank you.

Shamim was great! He came out on a Saturday evening within 30 minutes of calling after we had some leaking in our laundry room where the hot water tank is also. He quickly determined the leak was from the washing machine and not the tank- huge relief. Thank you Shamim!
