The entire process from bid to installation of our compressor and coil was streamlined and a customer-first approach. Tony provided a comprehensive bid, along with detailed rationale behind his recommendations. Yev and Carlos delivered a frictionless installation experience. They arrived on time, kept the workplace clean, including drop cloths throughout the home to protect furnishings. They didn’t cut any corners during the installation, including pressure testing the existing return lines multiple times to ensure integrity. Their expertise and experience were routinely reflected in their attention to detail at every step of the process. The entire team takes pride in their work, and it’s reflected from beginning to end. The bid was not the least expense amongst the three we solicited, but we selected Pacific Heating & Cooling due to its intangibles, including quality of work, breadth of knowledge, attention to detail, and ongoing service commitment.

Had a new heat pump installed June 2023. Excellent to deal with and no issues. Over the winter, my power bills shot up, unit was staying in emergency mode. They came out, tried to diagnose it, couldn't get it fixed to their satisfaction and so they decided to replace it and refunded some of the cost of my power bills. EXCELLENT team at every level! Highly recommend.

I started using Pacific Heating and Cooling for regular bi-annual maintenance of my furnace and heat pump when I moved in my home in early 2023. The previous owners used them so that is who I called. Right after moving in I also purchased a mini split for my one of my basement rooms. They will be installing another mini split for a room currently being finished for a bedroom. Neither room had any ducts. The maintenance crew has been nothing short of fantastic. I just had a new furnace and heat pump installed as the current one was aging and I did not want to start replacing parts. Their salesperson Tony was fantastic in recommending a solid system. I immediately could tell the difference in air quality and performance. Tony was fantastic to deal with from the proposal to installation to the follow through. The maintenance team, installation team and customer service team have been exceptional. Highly recommend!!

We recently had to replace our broken-down air conditioner, and Jeremy, a great comfort advisor from Pacific Heating and Cooling, came to our rescue. He performed a detailed and thorough inspection of our home to ensure the replacement was perfect for our needs. Jeremy explained all the rebates we would qualify for, offered us many options, and clearly demonstrated the value that Pacific Heating and Cooling provides over other companies.

They managed to schedule the installation and the addition of an extra return within days, just in time for the hot season. The install team was professional and efficient—they worked in our house, crawl space, and backyard for two days, yet left everything spotless. Their communication was excellent, and the office staff kept us informed throughout the process, making sure we always knew they were there to help.

I cannot recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling enough. They exceeded our expectations in every way!

Pacific Heating and Cooling not only installed a heat pump and furnace for us but stood out in their service. Unlike other companies who service Puyallup, they conducted a thorough inspection of our home, measuring windows and navigating the crawl space.

Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service, including a military discount, set them apart. On installation day, the team, led by Mike, Yev, Evan, and Jerred, was punctual, professional, and even went the extra mile by bringing in my trash can from the road. We've used PH&C twice in the last 3years. In 2021 we had flooding due to power outage and needed our furnace replaced and added a duct run to our upstairs bedroom. We had a great experience then. The installation team was quick and professional. Unfortunately, due to sump pump failure, we had flooding again this December and again, needed our furnace replaced. Justin in sales was fantastic, really understanding and went above and beyond to get us where we needed to be financially. He even communicated with us on his day off to ensure financing went through. The install team was great! Nuku and his assistant (I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name!) were professional and friendly! They chatted with my kids and pet our cat and were super patient while we waited for my banks approval for the transaction. It's really unfortunate we've had to purchase two new furnaces in less than 3 years, but we ended up with an even better furnace, at a much better price point than we anticipated and super friendly service interactions! Scheduling is super fast, we had heat by lunch time on Tuesday after accepting Justin"s offer Saturday evening! We will keep coming back to PH&C!
