Summary: Good selection, unreasonable return policy

I heard a lot of good things about Great Floors so I decided to try them out. They have a solid selection of LVPs and pretty fast order-to-pick up timeline. However, they don't allow returns of full boxes with the reason that they are "special orders"... Even though there is nothing special about the order aside from them shipping them in boxes to the store. Not reasonable.

Awful customer service. I bought some LVPs for our kitchen and I had one box (intact) leftover and I asked for return they said we don’t accept return even though I asked for return 5 days after purchase. Don’t recommend them.

Great selection of flooring and finish material. Material costs are competitive. The Asst Manager Andy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, has trades experience. The administrative help at the front of the store is another story.

I worked with Zach, and he was awesome! I was trying to locate a match with some existing cabinets that seemed impossible to find, and he was able to track down. I sent him a sketch, and the parts list he sent me on the quote was perfect on the first pass. On top of that, he found a way to reduce the price at closing and saved us hundreds on delivery by using his own driver (who also delivered the cabinets the day after they arrived at their own warehouse). Zach provided great customer service for all of my many questions throughout the multi-month process - highly recommend!

My husband and I had new carpet installed in December, 2022
from Great Floors, Lynnwood. Cathy was a knowledgeable salesperson and gave good advice. The installation team, lead by Adrian Ticas, was super from start to finish. They arrived and had to deal with clearing ice from the parking lot. We paid for furniture to be moved and put back into place. They worked hard for 12 hours and cleaned up all trash and took it with them when they left. We had some squeaks in the floors, and they even fixed those for us. I would recommend this location of Great Floors to anyone.

I worked with Steve , Riley and Jose Daniel’s Crew. Steve helped find the best carpet for my home and came out and measured. I give him a 5 approval. He did a great job. I then worked with Riley who coordinated the installation of the carpet. She was great, kind and very efficient. I loved working with her. Jose Daniel’s Crew was the one who installed my carpet. The person they sent to install the carpet was unbelievably great. He was called in at the last minute because of a problem with the assigned crew. He came alone and installed 4 rooms of carpet working by himself and even moved the furniture. He worked at least 9 + hours and he did not leave until the job was finished. He did a great job and cleaned everything up and vacuumed the carpet when he finished. I would have to give him a 10?. I would definitely recommend Great floors in Kent and the great staff for any one needing flooring for their home. A note I went to Home Depot first and it was going to be 6 to 8 weeks before they could install. Great floors installed my carpet in 2 weeks! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Decent prices. Only had 2 carpet colors we liked and in the quality we were wanting. We got a quote but found a better quote plus installation better at another place. This place is good but just didn’t find exactly what we were wanting. If you want brow colored carpets, this is the place to go. So much brown samples!!
