We hired QB to clean our new home before moving in. They did an amazing job! It was a noticeable difference, and they did great work on the windows and the floors especially. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services!

We got an apartment cleaning as an anniversary present. The team left a large new scratch on my flooring which will impact my deposit. Did not steam clean the mattress. They skipped half the windows that we paid extra for, the ones cleaned didn’t get cleaned well. Vacuuming and sweeping wasn’t up to par, left multiple areas still dirty.

Not all baseboards were dusted. The team only cleaned for a little over an hour. There was about $70 of extra services paid for that we’re not performed. After tip we paid over $350 for this, some of which the services weren’t even performed.

We did this a year ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately they don’t seem reliable. I’m waiting on a response from customer service.
