Jacob from CM Heating was the lead technician on a project to replace an air conditioning unit at my home in June 2024. He was very knowledgeable and thorough completing the project. He was meticulous throughout and readily answered my questions. He was assisted by Remis and Josh the electrician. They were both Excellent. I highly recommend CM Heating.

In May 2023 my old gas furnace stopped blowing warm air. Kevin was able to come out same day and assess the problem and provide recommendations to remedy the situation. Friendly, professional and answered my questions.

I decided last to have CM Heating replace my old gas furnace with a new dual system (heat pump and gas furnace) which provides heating and cooling. Steven truly went above and beyond in helping me determine what system to choose that would meet my needs. He explained everything really well. I asked so so many questions and he patiently answered them all. Truly amazing customer service from Steven! I wish all customer service interactions in life went that well. I felt he truly wanted to assist and answer my questions, but I never felt pressure to make a decision until I was ready. I appreciate that since it is a large investment. I wanted to feel confident in my decisions regarding a large investment in my home. Steven’s approach felt like a team approach between the two of us to solve my heating issue.

I needed a full new electrical panel upgrade and new service drop to my house as well. Everything from start to finish was coordinated by CM Heating and communicated well to me each step. There were multiple appointments and work to be done as well as coordination with PSE, permitting and city inspections. They did it all extremely well and made it easy for me. Hunter and his installation team did a great job and the electrical team did great too!

I waited a bit to post this review because I wanted to live with my new heating and cooling system for a while and see how I liked it. I can say that I love it! I’ve now been through a significant hot weather part of last summer and through the super cold arctic air temps in January 2024. The system has performed flawlessly. I am comfortable in my home. I was so thankful my new system got me through the cold week! Thank you CM Heating for creating an environment for your professionals to thrive and create a wonderful customer experience!

*The jokes on me. CM Heating did sell to the corporate money grubers Florida based, Air Pros USA. Thank gawd I cancelled my appointment because I do not do business with any company based In Florida. If you're woke you know why.*

I previously gave CM Heating 100/5 star ratings for their customer service. Whenever I called them, I felt like I was talking to a friendly person who could direct me to the right department, whether I needed a repair, a question answered, or a project manager.

But today everything changed. I never got to speak to anyone knowledgeable . They told me I had to book a repair appointment for $169 just to talk to someone. This made me think that CM Heating has become just like the corporate money-grubers and that they have grown too big to care about their customers. I would be afraid to let them service or repair my HVAC mini split now. 0/100

BTW, I wanted to know if it is possible if the CM heating lines in my attic could be causing excess moisture. And, did they want to take a look with active mold growth.

Prices were quite fair for the installation (after a bit of negotiating), and the system installation was very professional. However what impressed me even more was the follow-up customer service. The unit I got had some operational issues (problems with DAIKIN, not the installation itself) and the cooling was somewhat unreliable. Despite my complains being relatively minor, they sent out repair people three times and replaced parts until it was working flawlessly. All at no charge! I was very impressed with the service and warranty and will definitely use CM heating for future work!
