North Creek Roofing was excellent and easy to deal with from the quote process to job completion. The quote included quality products and was very competitive. Their staff was very responsive and informative. All of the info we needed was provided ahead of time so we could properly prepare and all questions were answered quickly and accurately.
The crew that came to the house was also very communicative regarding what they were doing and when. We knew exactly what to expect from them and they kept us updated throughout the job. The crew was respectful of our home and property and did their best to keep things safe and clean (for themselves and our family) during the job. They made sure to take care of everything when done, including cleaning up the gutters and minor caulking, and left us with a new roof and a nice clean looking exterior. They worked during the extreme heat (which is much hotter on the roof) and handled it like professionals.

North Creek Roofing has been absolutely amazing to work with. Chris Cunningham was amazing to work with and reached out well after our initial bid had expired. They worked with us and the timing worked out perfectly.

The only area I had an issue with was the team that delivered our roofing materials. It ended up being really windy a couple of days before the install and some of the boxes tumbled down from their places. Nothing fell to the ground and nothing was was damaged. That being a contracted company everything else was smooth sailing. We even opted to have the gutters and down spouts replaced and they came a day early to do those!

All around a 5 star effort from North Creek Roofing and I would highly recommend them!

The project coordinator Diana and project manager Jacinto are both great. An incident happened during the installation and they were very proactive and communicated to me.
