This review is specifically for a designer named Kristen Elliott who organized the ordering and purchase of our replacement vanity through Alpine Cabinets. She came to our home and took specific measurements of the existing vanity and we had a follow up meeting where we discussed finalized plans the day it was ordered. She asked me to resend only one measurement she was unsure on, the full length, which was done that day. Our vanity arrived close to the end of our remodel. When installed the measurements of the drawers and doors were off which did not allow for the vanity to align with the existing lights and mirrors. Being it took weeks to make and our timeline was at the end we had to install and the sinks/counter tops were set to align with the vanity doors. Knowing the lights/mirrors could be moved but with labor costs due to the error.

I reached out to Kristen and received no response. Five days later I followed up and she replied taking no accountability placing blame on me/my contractor for not remeasuring all of her work. She referenced plumbing which wasn’t moved or adjusted (there were no structural changes) and a few other irrelevant factors, but ultimately provided no apology, no resolution and absolutely ZERO acknowledgment this was clearly an avoidable mistake. Basically “Not my problem, you signed a contract”.

Would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are connected with Kristen. She is clearly not concerned with being thorough, has expectations her work needs to be double checked by everyone involved, and providing quality customer service is nonexistent.

We recently remodeled our condo and we were so lucky to meet Kristen and Alpine Cabinets. While shopping for flooring, we happened to be talking with another couple and they mentioned they were working with a designer and shared Kristen's info. Kristen came out the next day, looked at our project, and came up with the perfect combo of colors and materials for our kitchen and bathroom. Other big stores told us it would be at least 3 to 6 months for cabinets; Alpine delivered ours within 5 weeks! We had one issue during installation and Alpine was out the next day to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn't imagine trying to coordinate all the vendors and installers, and, luckily, we didn't have to; Kristen was on top of coordinating everything!

I highly recommend Kristen and Alpine Cabinets to anyone looking for a great value, a quality product, and the expertise to get the job done right!

As a part of our bathroom renovation, we ordered two sets of vanities with cabinets from Alpine. They were very prompt in coming out and taking measurements and very communicative with us from day one. The cabinets were manufactured perfectly, and the perfect finish that we wanted. There were one or two small corrections that had to be made damage were that they took it back and delivered the right product.

We also ordered a custom low cabinet that was delivered perfectly. The cabinets are solid and rugged with exceptional finish.

Myself and husband cannot say enough good things about Alpine Cabinets, they were so easy to work with. Our Cabinets and Kartz countertops looks amazing. Kristen who was overseeing this project was amazing. Every text message that we sent her for some type of concern was responded back within 30 minutes, did not have to wait long at all for a response. Also want to thank her crew, Elloit, Jermey, Manuel. Also would like thank Kristen husband who happen to be an electrician, there was a problem with a switch that runs the garbage disposal, he came to my home and replaced that switch. I would recommend Alpine Cabinets to anyone looking to remodel their Kitchen. Love are Kitchen thanks Alpine Cabinets.

The excellent craftsmanship and quality materials used for our cabinets helped create our dream kitchen. The custom cabinets were painted with our choice of Sherman Williams colors. We had a very minor issue and they came the next day to fix it. They are wonderful people with whom to do business.
