In August 2023, we hired CapConcrete Coating and had them recover our 14’ x 26’ covered patio on the south side of our home. The crew they sent out did a pretty decent job, but spilled the product on our existing sidewalk resulting in a permanent stain. I tried to pressure wash it off to no avail. I’ve emailed and spoken to the company several times about this. They have refused to offer to send anyone out nor offer any solutions. The last conversation was them suggesting we leave it through the winter and it should resolve itself. Our guests have really been impressed with the new coating, but always ask “what happened here” when they see the stain. I’d recommend the product but not CAP Concrete Coatings.

We chose the Penntek product to rehab a garage floor after having some experience with it in an area with a much harsher climate (Phoenix, AZ). Its durability and ease of maintenance are totally transformative in making a garage a pleasure to take care of and making it feel like it’s actually part of your living space as opposed to a dusty, grimy spider habitat. But it was our experience with Greg (the owner) and the installation crew (Ryan and Evan turned a rode-hard concrete slab into a work of art!) that made us really glad we chose Concrete Coatings NW.
The upfront communication with Greg was super clear when giving the estimate, which was helpful because even though we previously owned a house with similar flooring we had never been through the installation process. It was much smoother and faster than we were expecting. On our scheduled install day the crew arrived exactly on time and laid out the timeline for the rest of the day. Grinding concrete isn’t quiet, but they did an amazing job of keeping things very clean with not a trace of concrete dust left behind. At the end of the day the floor was a thing of beauty, and after a couple days of cure time it will definitely outlast any other floor surface in or around the house. Thanks Greg, Ryan, and Evan!

Super easy. A few weeks ago, I messaged Greg (owner, GM) online to schedule a site-visit to evaluate my garage floor and discuss options/colors/price etc. Today, Ryan (lead) and Evan arrived on-time at 9am and were grinding away quickly. After the old concrete was evened-out, they treated the cracks with a small grinder and strengthening/filler compound. Many more steps…but they applied a base coat, followed by the blue/gray flakes, and finally the top coat.

They were super nice and professional. Started at 9am and were pulling away with their trailer just before 4pm. They have a smart, organized system and the skillsets to make everyone a happy customer.
