My water heater stopped working on Friday morning. I called another company I had worked with in the past who said they would get back to me with a quote. Three days later and still no quote from them. Since I hadn't heard anything back I decided to call SnoFalls Plumbing. I called them at 2:00 Friday afternoon and was just hoping to get a quote. Not only did I get a quote but I had a new water heater in by 6:30 pm. I was so amazed by their service. They told me initially they would call me back in an hour with a quote and maybe somebody could come out that day. Within 45 minutes they said I would have a technician to my house by 4:30. I was truly blown away by their service and how quickly they installed a new water heater for us. They are definitely my plumber from now on.

Steve installed a new sink and faucet for us. He carefully went through all the details from demo of the old sink to the installation of the new one. 10/10 recommend SnoFalls Plumbing! My pipes burst on a Friday night, and I scheduled an appointment online for the following Tuesday. They called me first thing Monday morning and told me my job was considered priority and they could get someone out that day. My pipes got fixed and I had running water a full day earlier than I thought I would. Ryan Dill was amazing, so so nice, professional and quick too!
