Action completed a new power panel, rough in, and trim for my 490 sqft addition. They were reasonably priced and their estimate/bid paperwork was beautiful. It made signing the contract easy because the statement of work was very clear. The electrical work done blended in well with the existing house, no wierd sub-panels or odd junction boxes. Crews came on time and worked hard. Very easy to talk to while on-site. Work was clean and professional from panel to finished lights.

My newly purchased house was a MESS. From a to z something was done wrong or not up to code or a risk to my families safety. The electrician action electric sent out was skilled and determined to fix the issues and keep my investment and family safe. They are who i will always call for my electric needs. The price was fair and the electrician wore a mask and cleaned up after himself before leaving. Do yourself a favor and let these guys take good care of your electric needs. Very poor workmanship. The workman told me that there would be no problem installing fan so I left for an appointment. When I returned, there was a half legible note of apology and a horrific mess to my bathroom ceiling that I had to pay another party $300 to repair. I’ve written to complain and offered to pay all but $100 (and did so) but they now have the nerve to bill me for the remaining $100. I told them I would write them a bad review if they insisted on billing me for the full $580, so here it is.

Great customer service! They always answered the phone when I called and were able to schedule an electrician to come give a bid that same week. When the electrician, Rusty, came be evaluated the project, gave a bid, and asked if we wanted it done that day. We were expecting to have to wait multiple days for a bid, then a couple weeks longer to actually schedule the work to be done, so of course we did yes to getting it done that same day! 8 hours later we had 4 new ceiling fixtures and all new wiring to connect those new ceiling fixtures to light switches.
