John was very pleasant and hospitable. He throughly explained what he would be doing and why he was there. I was on the phone with my father who lives in another state and he was very impressed with John and his explanation to me. We were having a neighborhood event on my street and I asked if he would park behind my home in the alley, John did so without any hesitation.
We still love this company and our tech Greg. Year after year they keep providing thorough, effective and friendly service. Greg is still always so upbeat and makes sure we are totally satisfied with his service before he moves on to his next customer. Love this company!

We had a problem with spring tails a few months back. Insight came out the same day I called them and took care of the problem. They came back out 2 weeks later just to check on things! They came out this morning for our quarterly service. Always super polite and friendly. Going above and beyond to take care of our property. We previously had terminix for 2 years and canceled due to incompetence. We love insight and the way the go above to take care of our pest control!

David Sullivan came out today to help us determine what we needed for our home. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, making an assessment and then explaining in detail the plan. He is pleasant to talk with, and took the time to answer all questions before jumping right in and getting started. I highly recommend David and Insight!

Jacob is an outstanding representation for your company. Not only is he prompt, considerate of time… He always looks and acts professional.
He has pleasant rapport as he gets to know the people that he is servicing. During his service, he is quick and thorough. He is very attentive to the job. He is doing and very aware of things that are happening around the house that I did not even see. ( wasp ? nest)
I feel very taken care of utilizing this company. I stopped my service for about five months due to a financial situation and had the opportunity to return with another company. I chose to go back to Insight because of this technician.

Mike from insight is the best. Very thorough and takes care of our home. Where others fail to crawl under house and take care of mice then just want you to spend money on redoing your entire crawl space. Mike actually gets down there and makes sure to take care of them. It’s a tough job going under an house and we are thankful for his work.

I recently had the pleasure of using Insight Pest Control services, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Mike H. was my service tech and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The technician (Mike H.) was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative, answering all of my questions and explaining the entire process thoroughly. Mike Hurst is an awesome pest technician. He explains everything when I have questions. We had an increased ant infestation, so we needed help. The first visit was a great visit with Mike because after that we saw a nice decrease. He came for his followup visit and sprayed again inside and out, which made me feel at ease. He has an awesome personality and is easy to talk to. I would definitely keep him as my pest technician and I recommend him to anyone looking for services.
