John was very pleasant and hospitable. He throughly explained what he would be doing and why he was there. I was on the phone with my father who lives in another state and he was very impressed with John and his explanation to me. We were having a neighborhood event on my street and I asked if he would park behind my home in the alley, John did so without any hesitation.

We had a problem with spring tails a few months back. Insight came out the same day I called them and took care of the problem. They came back out 2 weeks later just to check on things! They came out this morning for our quarterly service. Always super polite and friendly. Going above and beyond to take care of our property. Mike from insight is the best. Very thorough and takes care of our home. Where others fail to crawl under house and take care of mice then just want you to spend money on redoing your entire crawl space. Mike actually gets down there and makes sure to take care of them. Mike Hurst is an awesome pest technician. He explains everything when I have questions. We had an increased ant infestation, so we needed help. The first visit was a great visit with Mike because after that we saw a nice decrease. He came for his followup visit and sprayed again inside and out, which made me feel at ease.
