Poor communication. Left my family without a bathroom and still no bathroom. And blamed me when my husband called to ask what is going on with our project. Very unprofessional. How do you not know it's insurance claim when you sent the restoration company out and they ripped everything out of my bathroom. Yes bathroom is to studs. Definitely not recommending them for anything. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Very poor customer service. Lack of communication. They were all gung-ho about getting our bathroom done for us in a jam, had the demo team from a company they work with come rip apart our bathroom. After bathroom was demoed, it took them over two weeks to come give us an estimate. 4 estimates later and they still couldn't figure it out. All the sudden they didn't know it was an insurance claim. Something we made clear from the beginning. Odd how the demo company knew it was an insurance claim, but they supposedly didn't. Mind you this entire month long process, my 4 children are showering and using the bathroom outside. So we decided to not do business with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer in the past and I'll continue to be. Mason came to my house recently to solve my slow draining kitchen sink issue. He quickly diagnosed the issue and in less than 5 minutes had solved the problem. Every technician who has been to my home has been prompt, competent, polite and honest. Call this company when you need a plumber!

Bowers Plumbing was very accomidating. I had a leak in my main water line, they were able to get someone out here, after hours in less than an hour. The plumber himself was very kind and informative. I have used Bower plumbing before and have been extremely happy with their work.

We had water damage from a leak during Thanksgiving. We originally went through our insurance company and their recommendations. However, it was a big mistake. Before the insurance would commence the repair we had to fix the plumbing. Bowers came out and asked who was doing the drying as it was shotty. They were honest and said they didn't feel comfortable doing the repairs because we would have problems later. They recommended another company to do the drying. It was like night and day. We knew we would probably pay out of pocket but it was worth it. I asked who they recommended for remodel, to our surprise they did it all. They said they were backed up but we were in no rush as long as it was done right. They communicated with us through the entire process, had us pick out supplies ahead of time so when they started there was no delay. And they did it all. I am so pleased with our kitchen that we had them do our floors and bathroom too.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the owner of the company JOE BOWERS & how he handled a newly damaged floor that occurred while his company work was handling a remodel at my home. He agreed to pay a 1/3 of damage but when all said and done I could never reach owner by phone, email or certified letter. NO CONTACT. Very non professional. Thoroughly disappointed in creditability of owner & his word to his client in a situation OF this matter. I WOULD NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY. Extremely poor communication! Bad appointment arrangements & terrible miscommunications!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This was a Very bad experience!!! It lasted well over a year and made my dream home remodel a living nightmare! I can't believe the owner himself would not even reach out & even discuss the situation with the client! So unprofessional & just a poor people to people communication skill. Very, very disappointing!!! Disgusting!
A $10K floor ruined & all I was asking for was $1200.00.
