Our technician was Mikhail and he was extremely helpful and kind. He was able to get our AC working again and went above and beyond to inspect our furnace and filters as well. We have signed up for regular maintenance from them and is thankful to have a cool house during this heat wave!

I discovered this company because Southwest Plumbing sent out a mailer some time ago saying they now offer air conditioning services. So when I called Southwest Plumbing, I understood they merged with or bought AAA heating and air conditioning or something like that. They explained that they could have someone come service and check our air conditioning unit (which is needed because it hasn't been in a few years) and at the end they of the appointment they'd go over their heating and ac maintenance plans. I was literally already decided on signing up. We liked the idea that one company could do both. Anyhow, a month ago or so I scheduled an appointment with these people and they confirmed the appointment for today (Monday) on Friday. However, this morning, I received a text, (not a call) saying they cannot make it, and for me to call them back to reschedule if desired. Going off of a similar experience in the past with a different company who stood us up for a service appointment like 10 years ago when we just had heating, these people will probably try to justify it by saying oh no, we had an emergency service and make themselves look out to be like heroes or something, but the reality is the next company that came/who we called when the first company 10 years ago stood us up WAS SOUTHWEST and at the appointment they said yeah, we never do stuff like that and cancel our regularly scheduled customers same day. It's just a bunch of smoke and mirror reasons and I bet the owner is some person who reads this and fumes because he or she perceives themselves as bleeding integrity and honor in their mind. The reality is it is apparently an understaffed company who doesn't even bother to call their customers and TEXTS saying oh sorry our bad but call us back if you want! After calling to confirm a business day before that.

Exceptional service and high quality work. Brandon and Charlie did a fantastic job installing our ductless mini split heat pump. They were kind and worked very hard all day long in the heat and installed the entire system in a day. The finishes look great and they met every one of our requests. They even cleaned up after themselves by vacuuming. Nicole was a great person to work with as well for the consultation and answering any questions we had. AAA was also very reasonably priced.

This company is awesome! Did some research before, and AAA lives up to its reputation. Brian "Cliff" helped us with the estimate and finding the perfect AC unit for our house. He answered all our questions and was super helpful. Brandon and Ozzy did the installation they were friendly, fast, and also answered any questions we had about the installation and unit. Francisco and Mark did the electrical work and even found a small problem with our panel and fixed it, no extra charge. These people/company were great, and I would definitely recommend them!

Travis solved problems that have gone unfixed for years. He immediately understood that as a 70 year old woman, I might need help in several areas…ALL of which were addressed. He corrected a faulty installation on my thermostat and explained everything, even programming. He restored power to the furnace and took the time to explain its workings and how/when to change the filter. He photographed extensively in case I needed help remembering. He was here for hours so I anticipated a large bill. To my surprise and relief (fixed income) all I am paying for is a supply of filters and a badly overdue duct cleaning. I was so astonished I nearly wept! He was very personable, interesting, and generous with his knowledge. I have asked for a few business cards extra because I live in a huge community of 55+ people that are desperate for good service help. The filters arrived in 2 days so I can arrange the cleaning at my convenience. Best service call from ANY kind of company that I have experienced. Keep up the great work, because Travis says he loves working there, too.

When my 17-year-old furnace failed, I called AAA, having had a positive experience with them before. Their scheduling team got me an appointment the next day. Sonny arrived and was incredibly conscientious, greeting my dogs warmly and explaining the issue with honesty and transparency.

Jon arrived later, and his professionalism and respect were equally impressive. The continuity between Sonny and Jon’s communication was seamless. Jon’s thorough assessment and detailed explanations gave me confidence in their service.

Bob and Oliver handled the installation with great care, planning meticulously and working efficiently. Their teamwork and respect for my home were evident. Even the electrician matched the high standards set by my husband, who is an electrician.

Overall, the entire team was friendly, professional, and dedicated. They maintained excellent communication and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend AAA for their outstanding service and exceptional technicians: Sonny, Jon, Bob, and Oliver.

AAA has been reliable and easy to work with! We had been working with them for a few years when we decided it was time to instal AC. Roosevelt managed our project and helped us choose the unit that would be best for our needs and our budget. On the day of installation the entire team was friendly and efficient. Special shout out to Ozzy who helped answer all of our questions and made sure everything was running smoothly! A few days after the project was completed Roosevelt came back to our home to ensure we were pleased, a very nice touch. Great service from the entire team!
