I have purchased several Stihl tools from these fine folks and highly recommend the store. The customer service is excellent, they register all new tools for you, their selection is huge. One tool required a battery that they didn't have in stock so they gave me a loaner battery to use, for free, while they ordered a new battery for me. Service like that keeps me coming back, they are my go to Stihl dealer.

A superb customer service experience. My one year-old Honda mower would stall upon start. As one of the nearest Honda warranty centers near me, I took it in for service. One of the mechanics - Kaleb - at Aurora Rents took the mower back to the shop, resolved the issue in minutes. Kaleb was friendly, cordial, and a true professional through and through. And he taught me some crucial things to keep the mower running. I left the shop one happy customer. I'm glad to have a shop like near me. A plus!

Editing this and updating from 1-star to 4-stars. I picked up a trencher that wouldn't dig, and went back and forth with Aurora Rents to get two more trenchers over the next few days. Eventually I got one that worked, and the team at Aurora worked with me to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate it and will work with them again, but be aware of the possibility of broken equipment when you rent here. They'll take care of you in the end, but you might end up with a few days of burnt time on your project.

This is the second time we have rented things that don’t work. The first time, we struggled with a floor sander that seemed like it had been dropped. After wasting an entire day, we returned it for another one - waste of a day. Now, the pressure washer that I rented is not working. Complete waste of a day. Super frustrating.
