Very poorly run slab company, and very unsafe. Slabs being moved around customers walking around, workers, not wearing any kind of safety gear. Customer service is very poor, expect to walk around for awhile without being greeted but instead listen to workers making inappropriate jokes. Slabs are frequently damaged but still on display. A lot of markings on slabs are scratched out and rewritten like it took staff a few times to figure out what their inventory was. There are better stone companies locally like Design Stone on Fidalgo St and a few others.

We walked in and reserved two slabs of marble and had our fabricator call four days later to get pricing and give his name. When we were in store whoever we talked to made it sound like they were super generous with holding the marble and they would hold it for 30-60 days and they’d call us before releasing it. 6 weeks or so had passed and I decided to call a few days before our fabricator was set to show up to template our counters and make sure everything was still good with our reserved slabs just in case. I found out our slabs were released from our hold and given to someone else without contacting us. We got a semi apology and a lot of excuses. We spent Easter weekend looking for backup marble slabs with a toddler (not ideal at all) and actually found something better at meta marble. We had a much better experience there and found they had a better selection. I won’t be going back to daltile.

Nothing labeled... Which doesn't matter that much because at this vendor Blue Coral is called something totally different elsewhere (if you could find it). Staff was friendly. Didn't like things weren't labeled and you don't know what the price range (expensive to cheaper). Not as nice as the showroom directly to the west (begins w/ "M" and is what Facebook is going by now).

Went in to try, and find a match to a broken tile I had. The staff was very helpful, and understanding to the specific color,and close to the size I needed. I only needed 3 tiles 2 for repair, and 1 just in case. The worker searched, and luckily found 3 samples that matched,and very politely, and generously handed them at no charge,since I only needed a couple. That is an example of an awesome company serving exceptional service to their clients. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any kind of tile.

Came here to pick a slab for my counter top. Working with Precision Countertops they told me to visit this location and pic out a slab for our counters. We visited and told the individual in the front why we were there and directed us to the slab showroom next to the main showroom. We got in and had our initial questions answered in the lobby then we were taken out to the warehouse to pick. It was quite the experience, seeing that much raw stone all in one place. The two gentlemen who helped us were very courteous and patient. They also showed a lot of interest in our project and I felt that was above and beyond what they had to do. They moved around probably 5 different slabs for us to look at and they were all gorgeous. If I ever find myself doing another major remodel again ill definitely be sure to use Dal Tile for their slab selections!

Daltile is great. I don't think the folks that gave a bad review realized that the showroom is not a retail store. I bring clients in and assist in tile choices. The staff is there to assist in getting samples and checking on specifics. The tiles must be purchased by a tile installer or fabricator.

Lots of nice product choices but poor customer service. Was there with my Dad who's in his 70's and has hearing deficit. He also wasn't sure exactly what he wanted, had some questions, wanted some advice, etc. Of the two women in outer "showroom" area, one ended up being the unfortunate object of our questions. To be fair she did try to answer but at one point actually told us she was "very busy", "couldn't help us" etc. Other woman was just this side of rude, giving my Dad very curt answer pointing in direction of another room where some samples were. Also looking in back warehouse area, had trouble finding anyone to answer questions, although finally found one guy who seemed pretty ok about helping us. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants/needs any help making decisions, getting helpful advice, etc. I do not want to do business with a place that treats me in such an off-hand manner, like they don't give a rip if they get your business or not.
