A store can have good inventory but if they don't have great customer service and knowledgeable staff people will go elsewhere! Everyone at Master Wholesale seem to know the products quite well and that is so helpful for busy contractors. Elizabeth is exceptionally great at helping with more complex or lengthy orders and I especially appreciate how she knows so much about all the materials, clearly enjoys her job and she is much appreciated by us here at Strictly Tile!
