Overall

We couldn't be happier with our home remodel done by Bennett and IHR. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they always kept us informed throughout the project. They were incredibly respectful of our home and ideas, and their clear communication made the entire process seamless. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and address them. The project was completed on time, and everything was so well-organized. We highly recommend IHR for any remodeling work – they exceeded our expectations in every way.

Overall

Bennett, Megan and Christina were great to work with. Super organized, great communication and all our expectations were far exceeded! There were a couple of unexpected hiccups, but they were resolved quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use IHR again.

Overall

We first explored our remodel with another company, but were not very satisfied in initial meetings. We are so glad to have switched to Bennett and IHR. Bennett's organization skills are top notch, and in this business it is a rarity to have every step laid out and a realistic timeline developed, which in our case was met with fantastic efficiency. We had our kitchen and two baths totally redone and are thrilled with the results. Our new rooms fit the style and mood of our home but function so much better, and are beautiful as well.

Bennett has an excellent team and reliable subs. The occasional glitch was usually due to supply chain issues, which are thankfully subsiding. IHR provides so much detail and information, we feel we failed a bit as clients to keep up! Instead we would often ask for information already provided, and always got a patient answer. Our stresses were in making decisions about appliances, design, etc. in a timely way (our project took a year and a half from initial meeting with Bennett to completion of the project, but even so we could have dallied even more!). We also added some major elements to our remodel which were cheerfully accommodated. Clients should be prepared to devote time to research and review so they can help IHR do their job and stay on schedule. We always felt heard and given time as needed. We would highly recommend Bennett and IHR, and love the fact they are a local company.
