We asked our agent for a recommendation and he led us to Greg! We could not have been more impressed by his services. He was efficient yet thorough and so very patient and kind. The report that followed a few hours later was a masterpiece! We were impressed by how easy it was to navigate and frankly, how pretty it was to look at! As non-handy folk and first-time homebuyers, my partner and I only wish we could ask Greg to live with us full-time!

We needed a home inspector to come within 2 days and Greg was available the first day. He was very thorough and professional in his work. It was nice because he wanted either me or my husband be there because some inspectors prefer to not have potential buyers be at the site so they can be quick in their work. Not Greg. He was walked us through everything he found; what needed repairs, maintenance and such.

He's knowledgeable at his field of work. Our realtor actually said he knows what he was talking about when he gave us the preview of results of his inspection. Will definitely recommend him to our family and friends. Thank you, Greg!

Greg was fantastic! I'm a first-time homebuyer and I didn't know exactly what to expect from the inspection process, but when I arrived Greg gave me a rundown of what his process was going to be, and several times throughout the inspection stop to upload and show me pictures he had taken and thoroughly describe things I should be aware of. He finalized and shared the report within a few hours of completing the inspection, ensuring I had time to review it and waive the inspection contingency within the allotted timeframe. I hired Greg to do pre-sale inspection and I was so glad, he found a rusting vent pipe from the heater that was a fire hazard and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Greg is very knowledgeable and takes his time to inspect everything very carefully .
