We used Jim to inspect our new home when we purchased it and when it time for the 1 year builder warranty to expire. He was incredibly thorough (to the point where the builder got frustrated because he found so many things that could be improved). He even returned and provided us with thermal imaging of spaces that were lacking insulation, which was essential to having the builder come and add insulation to the wall. I highly recommend Jim. He is the best inspector we have worked with.

Jim and his partner were very professional, detailed and transparent. Even though my real estate agent was half an hour late, they still did their inspection perfectly and payed attention to a lot of details. The bottom line is if Property Inspector LLC would have done their job properly we would NOT have purchased the house. We are now living the movie The Money Pit and it is not pleasant. We contacted Jim about the additional items that he missed on the inspection and he had no compassion and no interest in making it right with us. He missed the entire roof needing to be replaced and roof leaking in multiple spots (he told us we had 15yrs left on the roof), the shower drain was not installed at all and water was flooding the basement, master bath toilet leaking for years and rotted the floor, floor joists are not supported correctly and causing house to sag, house is completely missing siding in places, and a multitude of other leaks and problems. The pictures I have supplied are all items that were missed on the inspection.
