Had a severe toilet backup late on Saturday night, Beacon was able to send out someone to resolve the backup within an hour. They identified the root cause of the backup being my contractor pouring grout down the sewer line which required additional work. Beacon plumbers came out the next day and were able to break up the solidified grout and clear the lines. The plumbers were very professional and were able to communicate to me what the problem was and the costs involved with fixing them before starting work. Overall happy with the level of service and the relatively painless resolution.

Robert and Bobby came by when I was in a bind: my thermostat stopped working in the middle of a hot June weekend. I’d had some really great experiences with Beacon before for plumbing, so I decided to try them out for HVAC—and I’m glad I did! Robert was the definition of professional and communicative. Not only was he responsive and punctual, he was pleasant and kind in the face of a furnace that was truly out of the way. He and Bobby went the extra mile for me, diagnosing the issue quickly and troubleshooting how to install a new thermostat communication board in less than two hours. Incredible work, couldn’t be happier with the result.

Called Beacon Plumbing on a Friday just before the Memorial Day holiday. They showed up 60 minutes later. Unbelievable! I was expecting an appointment after the holiday weekend. Described the issue with the kitchen drain. They provided a firm-fixed-price proposal which I agreed to immediately. Very reasonable and a lot less than previous experiences regarding the same issue with other plumbing businesses. No excessive charges PLUS labor ($300/hour) by the hour! They went to work immediately. They fixed the problem. They checked and double checked the quality of their work. Looked great. Once last check to verify it was corrected. They were not satisfied. So all the equipment came back in and they worked on it until they were satisfied. The sucking sound of the drain working correctly was amazing. And guess what --- No additional charges! No expensive additional labor hour charges. The original quote was honored completely! I am not aware of anyone in the industry that does that! (Trust me I know...)

Other plumbing places nickel and dime (aka $100 - $200) you on parts. All parts were included in their proposal.

I had them complete an additional fix to the sink trap. They used high quality USA made parts. None of that cheap stuff that fails after a couple of years.

KUDOs to Josh S. and his team for a quality experience.

Beacon Plumbing is now my go to plumbing service. Locally owned, reasonable, honest, responsive, and they will/do meet their quality standards.

We've had Jesus and Alfredo come 3 times to help us make repairs. Today they fixed leaks on two outdoor faucets and to replace or kitchen sink. They worked late until the job was done, and cleaned up everything after finishing. They are really great guys and we feel very comfortable with them. We always ask specifically for them.

Well I was freaking and called Beacon! Troy was excellent, very calming, informative, got the job done quick and professionally. He had a coworker with him as well but Troy mainly did the work. Helped give me the next steps on what to do. Water pipe bursted in my kitchen like Snoqualmie falls, water everywhere about an inch or more pooling all over my kitchen and hallways, what a disaster! I love waterfalls but not in my house. I will continue to use this company for future issues. Very satisfied and it happened on Saturday of all days. Thank you Troy you deserve a big raise! Beacon Plumbing recently installed a new gas furnace at my folks place on Beacon Hill SEA. Been using these guys since 2010's when they previously installed a gas water heater. Still working great. Installers Tony and Victor were fantastic in scheduling, transparent competitive pricing, professional, courteous, and punctual. Great care were taken in keeping the project area clean and tidy before and after the job. Can't recommend the Dynamic Duo - Tony & Victor highly enough as they do listen to client concerns.

Zadrien, our technician, helped us out of a difficult situation -- our main kitchen faucet handle completely broke off, and he installed a new system in almost no time at all! He was able to service us in the evening, which fit our schedules with daytime jobs, and he also took care of a few other concerns we had. Best part, everything wrapped up by about 8:45 pm, and the whole servicing wasn't too expensive, either. Zadrien is a highly competent professional with a friendly and easygoing manner, and we're loving the upgrades he made to our plumbing. I recommend that you trust Beacon Plumbing to take care of your plumbing concerns -- they are convenient, affordable, and the quality of their work is superb. Thanks again, Zadrien!

UPDATE: The handle on the bathtub in our middle bathroom fell off this morning. Yep, it was one of those mornings! Luckily, we knew who to call — Beacon Plumbing, who we’ve dealt with quite a bit over the years. Ned and Juan came out in about a half hour (this company is super quick to respond) and fixed our issue, plus cleaned our tub drain. We were able to put in a new faucet and handles in one of our sinks, too. Ned and Juan skillfully put in a new sink apparatus without undue damage to our tile, which was much appreciated. They got things done quickly, but with an eye on quality workmanship. It’s exactly what we’ve come to expect from Beacon — and once again, we’re very pleased with the results!

4 overall rating - I had a sewage backup in the late afternoon. Beacon plumbing came out in less than their 90min estimate time of arrival.

5 star service. I can’t speak highly enough of Chris Phillips. He did an amazing job and was very professional. Chris showed me the problem areas and helped me understand where and why water was not draining. He was very transparent in explaining every step of the process that will need to happen before the issue was resolved.

1 star removal due to the overpriced invoice. Beacon DEFINITELY make you pay for them being available to help you when something is wrong.
