Ron has the diagnostic tools to talk to my GE Monogram built-in refrigerator. Several error messages were a result of a failed evaporator fan. The repair entailed disassembling the inside of the freezer to reach the fan, which he ordered and had the next day to complete the job. I'll be calling Ron again for any future appliance repairs.

After having another local appliance repair company come out and never respond after, I was frustrated when I made the phone call to RES. I was offered an appt the next day for Ron to come out and diagnose the problem. He called me to let me know what was wrong and to let he know he would have to return to repair the washer. From the first phone call to the washer being repaired was 5 days, including the weekend. I couldn't have been more impressed with their communication, their thoughtfulness, and their work. I would HIGHLY recommend Ron and I will definitely call them with any further issues I have with appliances.

Ross is the old school technician you always hope you get when you have to hire a repairman. He’s reliable. You can count on him to do what he says he’s going to do when he said he’d do it. RES will send out reminders on where he is and when he might be on his way to your home. Attention to detail like this is much appreciated and it takes all the guesswork out of an already stressful situation.

We were impressed with Ross’s professionalism. He quickly drilled down to what problem we were have with our refrigerator, figured out how to fix it, ordered the parts he needed and only a few days later had our refrigerator back up and running like new.
