I purchased a pool from pool world and 3 months later they called me and said that they had the priced raised on them and have to charge me another $4500.

I explained how this was a surprise to me and I hadn’t budged for that, the next day a manager called me and said he could give me a deal. He had a pool in stock and I could have that one for what I paid, sounded like a good deal to me.

When I arrived at the store they explained how it was just a little bit bigger and how it was a win for me. Not knowing any better I accepted.

Getting the pool home, I found out how complex it was to assemble the pool, let alone one that is 5000 gallons larger than the one I originally I purchased.

I called the person they suggested to get a quote, pool world said it would be about $2500-$4000 to have it constructed. When the contractor got back to me, he quoted me $8500-$16000.

I feel lied to so I would buy this people, they are there to sell pools and have no idea how much it is to install, they will also lie to you to make a sale.

Purchased a Spa from the Pool World Coeurd'alene store. It was a great experience. I was especially impressed by the 2 guys who did the delivery and set up for us. They were both fantastic! We appreciate the great service!

Kyle has been great! He fixed my pool from algae ridden green to clean and clear in time for my son's graduation party in less than a week. I have been extremely satisfied and have been back multiple times and been satisfied time and time again. Kyle has been very knowledgeable helping with old parts and replacing my pool light, along with a multitude of other needed fixes. I will definitely be back!!!
