Trash!!!! Do NOT use ADT! Once you sign up they treat you like you don’t matter. I’ve been paying on an account for over a year and it’s just sitting in my closet not working. It’s easier to just pay until the contract is up vs work with them to get it working.
Stuck in a 36 month contract that we've been in for a year & told by ADT that they'll charge us $900+ to cancel. Seems like a scam to me.

Our technician Matt was over 1.5 hour late to our 4pm appointment on a Friday night. He then went through and spent 3+ hours redoing the walk through our sales agent Hugo did, spent another 2 hours upselling us, and then finally finished installing at 11:30 AT NIGHT. We felt held hostage - we asked multiple times to reschedule and were refused by both Matt and Hugo. We felt forced into upgrades as the tech said " It doesn't matter if I like them or not, someone who I've installed for this week will get broken into" as he proposed the "new" system. The underlying threat was repeated multiple times and we ultimately felt coerced.
I am the homeowner, but the tech continuously only deferred to my boyfriend. Any time I questioned something, the tech would speak down to me and try to shift to discuss with my boyfriend. I asked multiple times when we would be done and he'd say "soon."
6 hours. It took over 6 HOURS. We are insanely disatisfied and I feel violated in terms of my time and money.

Khalid came out to do our install with is team, I believe Jesse, and they were great! They were super knowledgeable on the equipment and took their time to make sure we knew how to use the system before they left. Great job and highly recommended!

I had the best experience I've ever had with the manager named Jade Dunlap and he helped me feel safe and secure beyond what my expectations were. If you want great things from great people, call and speak to Jade Dunlap directly. You will not be disappointed.
