Overall

We recently had to hire Experts to diagnose and repair a super old unit in a manufactured home we own as a rental. We’ve only worked along side of them as an electrical contractor and had a great experience with that so when we needed a personal repair, we chose them. I’m so glad we did! Not only did they squeeze us in because the weather the following week was supposed to be in the hundreds, they were more than fair on their price and ended up spending a lot of time with fixing the old unit. They could’ve easily told me that it was not fixable and tried to sell me on a new unit, but instead made the repairs and got it back up and running prior to the heat wave. You can bet that we will call them when we need to replace the whole unit. Kyle and his tech Rusty were so knowledgeable, professional and honest.

Kyle and Team Experts Heating & Cooling did an amazing job. Our home in Washougal, built 1959 with zero renovations, could not have been a more challenging project for a furnace replacement and an addition of an A/C unit. They navigated the project like the professionals they are, with smiles and determination. They were very competitive, on time, they stuck to their original estimate, and went above and beyond to help us bring this home up to 2024 standards. Just before summer heat too! Had Ricky from Experts out today to service my system. He was great, friendly, down to Earth guy, even loved on my daughters cat.

He did a checkup on my mini split system and repaired a minor issue on my heater, literally a screw was loose, he knew instantly what was wrong and fixed it. Said everything else was fine. No upcharge, reasonable price for his visit. Woman I spoke to scheduling was great and they were very flexible on availability.

These are the people you want, glad to have found an honest local company.

Experts installed a 3-zone mini split heat pump for us last summer. We received quotes from four companies, and spoke to each about the ideal setup for our house. We elected to hire Experts, as Kyle (Experts owner) seemed the most informed and communicative of the folks we spoke with, and raised several important considerations that had been overlooked by other companies. The install went very smoothly thanks to the hard work of two lead installers, both named Chris. All the necessary paperwork was also completed promptly (thanks again, Brittany). Our heat pump has now been through one heating and one cooling season and has performed even better than we had anticipated. Overall a great experience -- we've been extremely satisfied with their work and no longer dread the summer heat or winter cold.

Our heat pump stopped working on Saturday, January 13, 2024. It was COLD! I contacted Experts and they scheduled us in for Tuesday, which was great (we have a woodstove to keep us warm). I got a message on Monday, wanting to know if they could come that day instead. I said sure! The technician, Ricky, called to see if he could come earlier than the scheduled time, which was great! Ricky arrived, and was so nice and easy to get along with! He even took a minute to pet and play with our puppy! Within 45 minutes, and a couple parts later, he was reprogramming our Thermostat and had us back up and running! It has been running perfectly since!!! These folks are responsive, fast and affordable!! I couldn't have asked for better!! Thanks to all of you!!!!
