Following a devastating half a million dollar loss to my mom’s house due to an accidental fire my sisters and I were left with the daunting task of having the house rebuilt. We really didn’t know where to turn. After extensive meetings with four restoration companies we were fortunate to choose Greater Seattle construction to complete our project. They have been the very best company to work with and we are thrilled that we made the right choice. They have guided us through each step of the process and the end results of the project are perfect. They supported us in our decision making and the quality of their work is absolutely superb. Each n every e-mail for the entire year long project was answered promptly. The house is now rented and we have not had one complaint from the renter after such a Huge restoration. They helped us work with the Insurance company to make sure that our costs were properly reimbursed. On a scale of 1-10 we would give them a 10+!! We absolutely loved working with Corey, Matt, Tony and the entire crew. We are so Thankful that we made the right choice. Thank You Greater Seattle Construction!!

I can't say enough great things about Greater Seattle Construction. They made a very horrible situation seem completely manageable, and the end results are just fantastic. We had renters in my grandmother's house, and a faulty generator caused a fire in the garage, but the smoke damage infiltrated the entire house. This was a home built by my Grandpa and Great Grandpa in the late 1940's, so you can imagine the sentimental value. The entire team at GSC handled our house as if it was their own from the initial meeting to the final walk through. The communication was excellent and they were extremely accommodating and conscientious of our budget. The most impressive part was it didn't matter who we were dealing with - Subcontractors, Employees, Project Managers or the Owner - They all knew the details of the project and they took so much pride in their work. We truly couldn't be happier!

A couple years ago we had suffered a house fire that heavily damaged our home. We found that nearly everything had to be replaced right down to the frame of the house. We were devastated. When we started the overwhelming process of trying to work with contractors the first suggested company by our insurance evaluated our damage and said it could not be rebuilt with our policy limits. We had no ability to get a loan to cover the gap and were terrified of what this could mean for us. That's when we found Greater Seattle Construction LLC and Corey Boyd.
Corey and the people at Greater Seattle Construction evaluated our damage and said they could find a way to work within the limits. They then helped us space out the decision making process to not be so overwhelming and worked with us every step of the way to rebuild our home. Corey would often help us with the research for available choices, which was a big comfort when we had difficulty. Working with their team and scheduling was very easy and they were extremely organized.
When our insurance was running out of funds for us to stay in our rental property they even managed to complete the job a bit faster than expected to help us avoid a costly move. Now our house is back and it looks better than ever, we were even able to get a few improvements such as a granite island in our kitchen. Without Corey Boyd and the folks at Greater Seattle Construction my wife and I would have had to incur serious debt to get our home back but thanks to them we're sitting comfortably in our new house.
A big thank you to Greater Seattle Construction and a glowing recommendation from this satisfied family!

Greater Seattle Construction did a great job rebuilding my studio after a tree fell through it. They coordinated with the insurance company, they worked with the tree people, they arranged for the removal and return of my stuff and they did a great job on the building. Jared was friendly, efficient and communicative. Taras and Vlad were amazingly hard workers who could handle all aspects of the construction. I am more than pleased with the results.

I am not a person who likes to talk poorly of others or small companies but I don't want others to go through what I have gone through. Lori is right on the button, Corey is a great dude but they subcontract out a lot and you never know who is showing up or when they are.
I had a house fire and met with several contractors on Allstate's approval list. Greater Seattle seamed down to earth, knowledgeable and responsible so I picked them. However a house restoration project that was suppose to take 4 months (agreed by Greater Seattle and Allstate) turned into 7 months and counting. Greater Seattle was fired from the project (uncompleted) for simply not showing up to work. They did not follow through on their work timeline or notify me at all of their plans to adjust the timeline. I eventually called an inspector to look at their work and I'm glad I did because they had covered up the walls without inspections or pulled permits for plumbing.
Stan is awesome and Greater Seattle's crew are good people but the bottom line is that they have too many projects going on and the people running the company don't care about the customer. Very unprofessional and hard to communicate with.
