Our family used Bekin’s Northwest of Yakima to move my parents to the Seattle area. Cris and Omar were so helpful, friendly, and professional as they packed and moved my parents’ belongings. We were very fortunate to also have them unload for us and place the furniture in the new apartment. Bekins is very thorough with their procedures; the items were numbered and checked off as they were unloaded. The process went smoothly, and again we really appreciated Chris and Omar’s hard work and friendliness.

I can't enough wonderful things about the three gentlemen that came to help me and my husband unload our moving truck today. Fernando, Andres, and Lucas all showed up on time, were highly professional, kind, polite, and were easily the best movers I've ever seen or worked with. They came prepared with all the equipment needed to carry heavy furniture items and boxes as well as furniture blankets to not damage items.. They even covered our glass screen door and doorway to protect it from accidental damage in addition to laying down rugs throughout the house for them to walk on and not damage our flooring. They got everything off our truck in record time and I really don't know what we would have done without them. They showed excellent teamwork and were highly efficient. At the end of the job Fernando and Lucas were kind enough to share with me where all the best places to eat in Yakima are since I am new in town. As someone who moved literally across the country (from PA) this kindness was really appreciated. All three of them deserve HUGE raises! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of movers and especially if they can get these three gentlemen as their team!

Incredible service! Fernando knew his stuff and made the entire process incredibly easy. We had lived in our house for well over 30 years and had the belongings to prove it. Fernando and his crew filled the truck in about a day and a quarter, then unloaded in less than a day at our new house. Nothing was even scratched! We highly recommend these folks.

Everyone who we interacted with at Bekins (Jason, Stacey, and Chris and his crew) was professional, respectful and responsive. Chris's crew was on time the morning of moving out. They were fast and efficient, and handled our possessions with proper care. All items arrived at our new home intact. The off loading was just as thorough and efficient.

To say I'm impressed is an understatement - these guys and gals were EXEPTIONAL. I cannot recommend Bekins Northwest more. My 70 year old Mother sold our childhood home that she had lived in for 30+ years so you can imagine the accumulation of "stuff", dust, etc. all over her house. HUGE shout out to Fernando, Andres and their team that worked tirelessly over the course of 4 days to pack and move her from Bothell, WA to Spokane, WA. They came every morning bright and early exactly when they said they would and never made us feel judged for the amount of "stuff" we packed and moved, not to mention how many flights of stairs they had to climb. They arrived at the new house right on time and went straight to work. They moved a piano, organ, giant cabinet, and other extremely heavy solid pieces and took extra care and efficiency with how everything was moved. You guys were amazing and took care of it all. Also, big shout out to Mike who gave us the initial estimate, we ended up adding a few more things to the BOL but he helped keep the cost down and would always answer his phone if we had questions.

Thank you so much Fernando, Andres, Mike and the rest of the crew!!! We really appreciate you!

Not a great experience at all. After the agreed upon moving and assembling furniture we were left with beds to assemble among other details like putting back together our treadmill and a missing key. More noteworthy was one person trying to offload our freezer full of meat by himself, leading to the freezer falling out of the truck and damaging it significantly. It is not freezing properly now and will need to be replaced. The mover himself “This was my fault. I should not have moved it by myself and we should have removed the meat from the freezer before we moved it.” Bekins response, according to the details of the legal documents our broken freezer did not happen due to negligence. So they sent us a $96 check and washed their hands of it- no further discussion.

I would not recommend Bekin and would look elsewhere. Disheartening the level of customer service these days, Bekin is a prime example.
