Have Cintas monitoring a building for us. The service manager is an absolute joke. He says he will get back to you the next day and does not. Says he will get something done and does not. If you want to pay someone to lie to you this is the place to go. Their monitoring box failed one of their inspections and took weeks to get it repaired because they is too busy to deal with it.

I have been a cintas customer for about 5 years now. I own a triplex in Appleton that has a fire alarm panel which cintas has done annual inspections on. The only other thing they have done is replace the original fire panel with a new one of the same model(the old one died).
On the 5th annual inspection it was brought to my attention that the smoke detectors were not being supervised (they need to be by code) and was given a quote of 720 dollars to troubleshoot and fix. Being an industrial tech this made no sense (unless the panel happened to die again which is highly unlikely) so I decided to show up for the troubleshooting where the tech found a circuit without a relay that should have been there. so when i was billed i asked why was this not caught the previous 4 inspections and as a minimum why it was not caught when the replacement panel was installed. At this point I just wanted the bill dropped because the tech should have caught this previously and he was on site to fix this issue for only 45 min and installed a relay ($26 retail from cintas) I was told by the service manager that i was wrong and they don't check everything every time... and I get this however there is only 3 smoke detectors and if ANY were to be checked it would be obvious it didn't function fully (throw trouble code at the panel)....needless to say I won't be doing business with cintas again (why would I, if it takes 5 times to find something that should be caught the first time.)
If you care about the safety of yourself or people in the building go somewhere else.
