We are so happy with Nate Voss, owner of the Floor Company! We visited the store. They had numerous samples for us to choose from.
Once we decided, Nate ordered the carpet & installed it within 2 weeks! Every business should take lessons from this company on customer service! It was a 3 room install job. The guys came the day & time as promised! They were efficient & friendly. They cleaned up completely and vacuumed the carpet before they left.
We highly recommend the Floor Company!

We’ve had Jim – owner of The Floor Company -- do two separate and large tile and wood floor jobs for us over the past year and we could not be more impressed by him as a human being or more impressed by his company. He is one of only three contractors we allow to be on our property/in our home when we’re not present – I trust Jim implicitly. Jim is one of those rare human beings who does exactly what he says he’ll do, on time, on budget, and to a standard better than what you’d expect. Jim has done carpet work, installed a wood floor, and LOTS of tile work in three bathrooms and a three seasons porch and we simply could not be more pleased. He and both his flooring associates -- Bob and Jimmy -- do superb work, are extremely friendly and are personable, honest, and just genuinely good human beings. Did I mention honesty? Honesty (honest behavior) is what a human being does when no one is looking; Jim and his team do what’s right, even when you’re not looking. If you need flooring or tile work done, look no further … and be patient, because an installer like this is ALWAYS busy, but trust he’s WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I've been waiting to catch this store open for a while so I could look at their kitchen backsplash selections for a kitchen remodel. I finally caught it open but didn't have much time to look because I was waiting for a bus. I pretty respectfully told the person who came to assist me that and was promptly and rudely told that "you're not allowed to do that". I absolutely loved the store layout and the selection that I was able to look at but I wont be going back, respect and first impressions are everything.

Last week, Jim and Tara Lienlokken (Owners of the The Floor Company) and their installers (bob and Ron) put in a tile backsplash in my kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased with the work. Jim made this easy: from the initial contact through the choosing of the tile (Tara patiently opened the showroom on a Sunday so that our daughter - who works and nixed our first choice of tiles - could help us choose another style). The day of the installation the workers showed up right on time, were very personable, got set up quickly, and worked with great precision and eye for detail. They kept the work area clean and were a pleasure to work with overall. And the end result? Amazing!!!! I cannot wait to show off our kitchen to family, friends and neighbors. Those who have seen it have given us tons of compliments. I would not hesitate to hire Jim and his crew again.
