Hired swift to check structural integrity of porch deck and replace. They put new porch membrane on 7/20/21 and said it was good. I paid them $2,830.19 and thought everything was fine. Opened walls inside to repair water damage in 4/22 and found entire roof frame rotted out and collapsing. They had put the new porch deck on framing that was completely rotted and gone from years of water damage. Porch deck which was regularly used was only held up by windows in sunroom below. The contractor I hired to repair the water damage needed to replace the framing to prevent the roof from collapsing. In order to do that he needed to remove the siding and gutters. Contacted swift as soon as the damage was found. Asked for no monetary reparations, only for them to reinstall the siding and gutters to prevent further financial loss. 6/25/22 the owner said they would do it. They never showed up and stopped answering my calls. 11/22 I contacted their secretary and told them I was going to pursue legal recourse. The owner was then very rude and aggressive saying he is going to do the work the following week. I agreed to give them another chance. They did not show again. The first week of 2023 I called saying I was going to file for the arbitration. They then showed up and installed siding but no gutters. When I called about it they said they would be back the week of 1/23/23. They still have not been back. Despite the faulty work that could have left someone seriously injured I have given them multiple chances to make things right. However they have continually proven to be a disreputable company. The owner stated multiple times that he didn’t do the work his guys did so it’s not his fault. It is clear they are more concerned about profit than doing the right thing as the owners excuse for not making the repairs was that they had big jobs that came in that did not leave them time to do the work he said they would do.

Swift Roofing did an amazing job replacing our siding and fixing our roof. All phases of their team worked wonders. Rafael with a very reasonable quote, Kaylee in the office with cheerful customer service, and Jose with his hardworking crew all did very caring and personable work.
