I have used Austin Plumbing & Heating for many years & I have always been impressed with the level of service I have received from them as well as the knowledge & expertise of their employees. Beginning with my initial phone call all the way through to the completion of the job they make it so very easy. They diagnose the issue, throughly explain the process that needs to occur & answer any & all questions that I may have.This time, what I had envisioned as possibly a large undertaking to repair thankfully turned out to be a much easier & cost effective solution. I have not required their services for a while so I had forgotten just how great they were, but shortly after Sam arrived this morning I was reminded why I initially chose Austin & why I continue to remain their customer. I have highly recommended them to friends & neighbors & would highly recommended them to you as well.

Called early in the a.m. after finding out the grinder pump failed. They had someone out within just a couple hours. Garrett was extremely professional and communicated his assessment and all options, including details from a previous visit that he took the time to read and understand. Nice to work with a company who excels in customer service and can help when an immediate need arises. By 3 PM new pump already installed and we can get back to using our water!

Don was timely (even showed up earlier than scheduled which was a plus). Diagnosed and stated our options clearly and concisely. Gave his recommendation about what replacement option would be best (and the most cost effective) for us. Then explained in plain language the features and functionality of our new water heater. Got the old water heater, drained, disconnected and out of the house, then installed the new unit including running the plumbing, attaching connecting the exhaust fan, installed new vent piping up to code. Great work. Timely, efficient and friendly (even our dog took to him). Well done Don. We give our highest recommendation!

Carlson was punctual, knowledgeable, and polite. Most importantly, he was kind and honest! A repair would have cost a significant amount, but after asking if I could handle a repair on my own, he suggested I at least try and give it a shot on my own first (he gave me some tips to do so). Followed his directions and completed the repair without issue and saved some money. Definitely would recommend Austin plumbing to anyone in the area. Will be a loyal customer!

I'll go to no one else. I had the VP at my house today because I needed the electricity to my air conditioner fixed and they wanted to help me today. He had to go back to the shop for a part, which he did. Normally, they schedule you next day. He did a little extra and showed me what I needed to do annually to keep my panel in good shape. Less than a hour later and I'm sitting in air conditioning. Highly recommend!
