Scott & his guys were able to save my 3 arborvitaes after the blizzard the early part of April had bent them to the ground. They were large, full arborvitaes & 2 other landscaping guys told me "no saving these guys". But Scott came to my rescue, came out the same day I called him & looked at them. He said " I think I can save them ". They staked them back up & 2 months later they are doing great! I am ecstatic, arborvitaes the size I have are hard to find; I have a privacy berm & there are 7 arbors in the berm, so if I had lost these 3, besides the cost of replacing with new ones, all I would be able to get for replacements were ones that were at most 7'. The 3 they saved were 20'. Thank you, Scott so very much!!!

We are very pleased with the work that was done for us yesterday. We had our shredded bark replaced with river rock around our bushes. The 3 employees who did the work were amazing! They were diligent, conscientious, and efficient. Everything was cleaned up so well, you wouldn’t know they were here!

Bought red delicious apple trees and a couple years down the road when they started producing apples they weren’t red delicious. I called them and they told me they would sell me more red delicious apple trees but at last years prices but guess what , those weren’t red delicious apple trees either. I feel they just don’t know what they are doing and I wasted about 6 years trying to get some red delicious. What a waste of time and money!!!! Now they put a response as if they are so caring and want to help by sending me a response but when I responded multiple times I haven’t heard a thing not even a peep from them . Don’t waste your time with them

I have been going to Wolfwraths for yrs to buy stuff always had good interaction with staff.
As a business I think you need to have a look at scott and his time management skills as it’s costing you business.
I called about a quote back in September 2022, I didn’t get the quote till 4 months later in December. I don’t know anyone that’s too busy to get a quote emailed.
I contacted scott in the beginning of August this year 2023 to verify it was still valid and he said he will get back to me the following week and didn’t hear from him for a month.
I was able to call another landscape company and have them give me an estimate the same day I called and had the estimate with in 24 hrs, and it was $1900 cheaper then Wolfwraths for 8 yards of mulch.
I wanted Wolfwraths to do the job as I’ve been going there for yrs but due to poor time management and customer care I went with a company that actually followed through with things on a timely matter!
I can just imagine the amount of jobs and income your loosing to poor time management. Good luck with your future. After seeing multiple comments about your lack of follow up to customers, not surprised to what experienced. Best of luck!!

Bought some garden soil that was absolutely full of gravel, sand, and...... garbage. I could understand 1 maybe 2 of these things but this was a triple whammy of disappointment. I found socks, fuses, countless plastic and glass pieces. Still picking gravel out of the dirt, not something you can just return. Would not recommend their garden soil at all.

Wolfrath's is AMAZING! I recently built a new home on 5 acres and they did everything from grading my property to burying my gutter and sump pump drains to installing my culvert to planting seed, to installing sod, to building retaining walls with lights to planting bushes and trees, et al. From the time of my initial contact with them for a quote in the spring of 2019 to the time of project completion in October, 2020, EVERYONE at Wolfrath's was wonderful. I dealt primarily with Chris Rempala. He was always professional, courteous, prompt at scheduling, and patient. He had a vision and made my entire property be breathtaking to drive up to. I would HIGHLY recommend Wolfrath's for anyone who requires lawn or landscaping.
Updated 8-2022: Here are photos from part of this year's transformation. This company is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Watch for more to come in 2023!

Wolfrath's built a brick paver patio with stairs and added landscaping/stone beds around my house. They also added additional sprinkler heads to an existing system. I love what they built! Kurt really listened to what I wanted during our initial discussion, and his design showed that. His main on-site crew had a number of years experience with Wulfrath's, and were very good to work with. The job did get spread out a bit, due to weather and my travel schedule. Overall, my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend them.

Really disappointed with Wolfraths. Called the company multiple times over the last 3 weeks and was told to keep calling back for availability of specific trees. I wanted to shop local and Ryan Wolfrath was a good friend of my brothers so I thought it would be nice to buy from them instead of a few closer companies. Finally, on my call yesterday someone said they had an update and the trees were available but they would have to call me back with the price and size. I stated that I’d like to get one and would wait for the call. I never received a call back. So the next day I called again and they said they didn’t forget to call back but they were busy. They also said they have since sold out of the tree I had been contacting them about for 3 weeks. Just a really disappointing experience.

I live in Grand Chute and sure I could have gone to somewhere that was closer to me, but when I reached out and asked others that I knew, I was told this was the place to go. I just bought three trees and some topsoil today. Had a great customer service experience both dealing with one friendly lady on the phone as well as the lady that assisted me at the Nursery. Tried to be their customer, but got no call back a few years ago when I built my house just three miles away. So I tried again and was told they were understaffed and overly busy to take on a new landscape job. I've gone into their retail location several times since. Selection was fair, prices higher than quality warranted. Pleasant setting and easy location to find. Maybe will try again, even though I am overly busy too.
