Design help was excellent, wide selection of products allowed us to design a bath that looks great. Tile installer Mike Cooper did a great job and was a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional - a great experience dealing with Bella!

I was in the market for some flooring for my new home and Bella tile was suggested to me. I was hesitant at the time as it was located downtown Lake Geneva and looked out of my price range. I’m so glad I followed the advice and checked them out! Their staff was so helpful in understanding my vision and working with my budget. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of products from natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, clay, vinyl, and even handmade custom options for different price points. What set them apart for me was I really felt their passion for their job and genuine concern for me being happy with my finished product. Diane, the owner, Ashley, Megan, and Allie have all helped me mix different levels of price points and materials to achieve an overall high-end look. What direction or unexpected way to pattern the material is true design, not just selling selections. I was at one point struggling with a paint selection for a bathroom they were supplying tile for and the girls happily whipped out their paint decks and helped me. Over the past seven years I followed them to their new location in Geneva National (Lake Geneva) and have gone on to do several projects with them big and small in many different styles and budgets. We’ve work together on two beautiful new home construction projects, a few remodels, a commercial office space including bathrooms, and currently working on a horse stable with living quarters. It’s much more than a flooring store, it’s a design experience.
