I was having some problems with my dishwasher not draining. Couldn't figure out what it was. All other places were busy so gave him a call. He came right over same day, was polite and easy to work with. Figured out the problem (wasn't the dishwasher). Price was very reasonable. Recommended to my friends and family, would be my first choice going forward. Thank you.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Julian has great communication and is very knowledgeable. He was able to come out the next day (and on a national holiday!). His fees are straight forward and very reasonable so there was no guessing. He services most appliances and we will definitely be calling him for any future needs!

We were able to get Julian to come to our house within a day of requesting his service. The online booking option made it very easy to schedule an appointment. We felt that his fee for diagnosing was very reasonable. He quickly figured out the issue with our washer and let us know that our money would be better off purchasing a new washer versus fixing our 7 year old washer. We strongly recommend him for any dishwasher, washer, and dryer repair.

Julian was very accommodating throughout the entire process. He communicated with me when he was planning on arriving and worked around my schedule for the day in creating his schedule. I highly recommend calling Julian for servicing your appliances! The short version of this review: Julian responded quickly to my service request and was even able to come by the next day, he performed a fast assessment of the problems with my dryer, gave me clear explanations and cost estimates before he started work, completed fixing my broken unit within a couple hours, and was very professional and pleasant the entire time. All around excellent service!

The long version of this review: My dryer was making a high pitched squealing noise, and there was a noticeable burning smell after running it for only a few minutes. I had just come back from a work trip, so finding my dryer like this was really frustrating and frankly the last thing I felt like dealing with! I came across Julian and A Guy And A Dryer through searching Google and was glad to see he had a wide range of hours of operation, and easy-to-follow instructions for submitting a service request. After I followed the online instructions, he got back to me right away via text and was able to fit me in for a service call the very next day. He texted me a status update the day of service so I could plan around his arrival time. Julian was very polite, friendly, and professional when he showed up at my door. We did a quick run-though of the problems on my dryer and he provided a clear and honest assessment of the likely problem and his plan to fix it, along with an estimate of the final service cost. He went to work right away after that and a couple hours later my dryer was running nice and quietly again! Payment was no-fuss at all, and I got a receipt with the labor/costs breakdown emailed to me within an hour or two of him leaving my house. I'm very satisfied with Julian's promptness and quality of service! If I have any other appliances breaking down I'll be calling him again!

Julian arrived ahead of our scheduled time, got right to work, and provided excellent, quick service. He was able to repair and clean our dryer at a respectable cost. Julian was very personable and down to earth despite having a very bad back at the time. He also made sure the dryer worked properly before leaving.
