Overall

I paid over $300 for a one time service to remove wasps and it did nothing. Then I called within the 30 day warrantee twice and even left a voicemail message with no response. Finally I got someone on the phone and they said I was outside the 30 days and they couldn't do anything. They did say a manager would reach out but no one reached out. Terrible service and I will not be using them again!!

Sprayed last monday...still tons of millipede at my new home. Then today sprayed my old address after canceling service at that home. Was told if bugs still a problem Friday call back. There should be some less bugs but no sign of them relenting and it's been 7 days. Not very happy.

I have been a customer for almost a7 years and up until 6 months ago was happy. For the April visit, I got a message they were on their way, then I got another message saying my appointment was canceled. All at basically the same time. The appointment was rescheduled for a few weeks later and no one showed up. No message, just nothing. I had to call to get a treatment done which wasn't completed until mid may. At that visit, they couldn't figure out how to get in my house despite having clear directions. I called to schedule a touch up to get the interior treated and didn't hear anything for weeks, then got a message about an appointment. Then I was told it was for routine treatment, even though I had just got treatment 3 weeks earlier. I called and spoke to the front desk to make sure this was just the interior touch up and should not be charged. She said someone from billing would reach out....they didn't. The tech came out today and I just got charged another $100+ for a treatment that was just done.

Communication is seriously lacking and despite my efforts to get service and avoid problems, all I've had is problems and frustration!

They have managed to make it 1 out of 4 appointment on time or even the day they said they would show up. One of the times they no called no showed on a reschedule day…. The one time the service guy did come he was very professional and did a great job. That’s the only reason I’m giving them a 2 star.

Scott came to our business and assessed the situation. He was quite pleasant and respectful! Then Joe came out to our business to start our treatment.
