Overall great service. The employee they sent out, Art, was friendly, punctual, and informative. The job was taken care of in a timely manner, and Art was respectful of the space/did not leave a mess. Would happily do business with them again!

Professional service each step of the way, from booking the appointment through installation. Great communication from the technician regarding arrival time and estimated time of install as well, and photos of completed setup were emailed afterwards. We had a water softener and a water heater installed and I never once felt like we were being pushed into more expensive options that weren't suitable for us. All of our questions were answered thoroughly as well.

Avid saved me when I clogged my garbage disposal. Kay was so sweet on the phone, she was even able to get someone over before I left for work. Collin finished the job super fast and was so friendly. Excellent experience!

Wow, what a nice experience. After 50 years, my water heater finally died the day after the 4th of July. I called up Avid and had someone at the house within 2 hours. Two fine young men showed up to do the work. Fair prices, excellent service. Would highly recommend!

My water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Avid worked with our UHP to get us quick service and we had a new water heater on Monday! The two plumbers were very friendly, conscious of carpet while moving new unit to the basement & bring up the old unit. They worked quite efficiently and were done in under 2 hours.
No meads or anything for me to clean up! They explained what they did after install and we had hot water in less than 2 hours!

We had a minor leak in the kitchen sink. Avid responded promptly and courteously and gave us a reasonable price for the repair. We'll use them again. Second visit was for a utility room leak that we couldn't find. Fixed in ten minutes. The best part is that they're quick to schedule and quick to finish.

Avid Pluming was great to work with. They called right away and were able to come over quickly. They were very knowledgeable and explained all my options thoroughly. They gave me time to make a decision, and as soon as I did, I was able to schedule them right away to replace my water heater. I highly recommend and am happy with my new water heater!

Avid plumbing came and extended our gas line to our kitchen range. They came beforehand and performed a free quote so I knew exactly what I would be paying. They communicated well, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.
