Scheduling an appt. was immediate. Service tech Mike was very thorough in replacing the retainer and astragal on the garage door, checking to see everything was operating smoothly. Excellent service and company.

I highly recommend them. We have used them multiple times over the last 25 years for garage door repairs, door replacement, and garage door openers. The last time was this week. The work has always been excellent, and the people very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable.

We had a garage door spring break over the weekend. Our cars were out of the garage, so it wasn't an emergency or anything. We simply called Joe Wilde Company on Monday morning. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning, and Mike came out to fix everything. It was all handled very well from the initial phone call through repair completion. Thanks!

Good response evaluating our garage door which was damaged in January. Parts were ordered and arrived sooner than expected in mid Feb. Service Tech Michael arrived with parts, and determined the door could be repaired with minimal replacement parts. Excellent work done to repair door and getting it back in operation.

The other evening, my wife and I heard a loud SNAP like something metal breaking in the garage. I went and looked, but could find nothing amiss. The next morning, however, I went to leave for work and the garage door would not open.

I called Joe Wilde and they immediately diagnosed it as a broken spring. Since both cars were trapped in the garage, they sent someone over early that afternoon. I apologize for not remembering his name, but he looked a bit like Santa Claus.

As promised, he called when he was on his way and, when he arrived, he was very pleasant and efficient. He got the door open so I could get the cars out. It took a bit of time to change the springs given the damage, but he got the problem fixed and the door is now running smoothly again.

The price was right in the estimate range they gave me when I called. We are very happy with the work he did and the experience with the company.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Joe Wilde Co. My project entailed replacing original industrial looking doors on my detached steel garage. The ordering process was smooth and working with Garret was easy. His communication was exceptional. The installation happened to fall on a brutally hot day but the crew of Joshua and Chris were obviously experienced and did a great job. I highly recommend Joe Wilde Co.
